YMCA of Eastern Union County CACFP Contract
The YMCA of EASTERN UNION COUNTY, dba The Gateway Family YMCA, located at 144 Madison Avenue, Elizabeth, NJ 07201 invites the submission of sealed bids in food service for breakfast, lunch and snack as described in the New Jersey Department of Agriculture Child and Adult Care Food Program Invitation for Bid and Standard Contract. These meals are to be served to approximately 190 participants, ages 1-5, five days per week. Meals must meet the requirements mandated by the New Jersey Department of Agriculture Child and Adult Care Food Program and begin October 1, 2025.
Bid specifications are available for download at www.tgfymca.org/bid. Only paper hard copies of bids will be accepted. All bids must be sealed and clearly labeled on the outside with the subject: 2025 CACFP Procurement Plan. Sealed bids should be addressed to The Gateway Family YMCA, Attn: Lisa Yañez, 144 Madison Avenue, Elizabeth, NJ 07201. If dropping off the bid in person it must be during regular business hours: 9am–5pm, Monday–Friday. All bids must be received by 11am, Tuesday July 29, 2025; proposals received after this time shall not be considered. Sealed bids will be opened and read aloud on Tuesday July 29, 2025 at 12pm at The Gateway Family YMCA’s Elizabeth Branch located at 135 Madison Ave. Elizabeth, NJ 07201.
